This notice explains how Orlando Elite Decor handles information in connection with its website, contact and quotation requests, preliminary estimates, and event-planning communications. It covers information submitted through orlandoelitedecor.com and the website services described below. Independent third-party services have their own privacy notices.

2. Information you provide

When you contact us or request a quotation, we receive the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form and request, this includes your name, email address, telephone number, event date and times, occasion, venue or event address, requested products and services, quantities, design preferences, message, preliminary estimate details, and optional inspiration photographs or other permitted image attachments. We also receive the contents of your subsequent communications with us. Separately supplied rental agreements may involve postal contact details, agreed items and services, price/payment arrangements and signatures handled through Orlando Elite Decor’s separate customer process. Orlando Elite Decor supplies rental agreements separately after confirming booking details. The website inquiry flow does not require or collect a rental agreement signature. The inquiry form itself does not execute a rental agreement.

A preliminary estimate is a planning aid. Sending a request does not confirm product availability or a reservation and does not replace a separate agreement.

Please provide only information relevant to your event. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, identification documents, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the contact or quotation form. Upload only images you are entitled to share, and avoid unnecessary identifying details about other people. If information about another person is needed, provide it only when you are authorized to do so.

3. Technical information and website storage

Website operation and security involve technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser and device information, and security or error records. Website and hosting services process such information to deliver pages, maintain sessions, investigate failures, and prevent abuse.

Necessary cookies and browser storage support features such as sessions, form-security checks, duplicate-submission protection, your selected estimate items, and the recording of your cookie preferences. Blocking necessary storage through your browser can affect these features. Optional analytics is addressed separately below.

4. How we use information

We use inquiry and event information to answer questions, assess availability, prepare and verify estimates, calculate driving distance and delivery-related charges, understand your design references, communicate about your request, and plan requested services. We also use relevant records to administer our business, troubleshoot problems, protect the website and requests against misuse, and address applicable recordkeeping requirements or disputes.

We use inspiration photographs as private reference material for processing inquiries, preparing proposals and performing booked services. Uploading a photograph does not authorize us to publish it, add it to a public product catalog, or use it in advertising. Any public or promotional use requires separate permission. A reference image does not guarantee that a particular design can be reproduced or that third-party rights have been cleared.

5. Inspiration photographs, private storage, and access

Uploaded inspiration images are stored outside the public website directory. They are accessed through protected administrative functions rather than public catalog links. Access is restricted to authorized administration and operational access needed to handle the request and maintain the service.

Inquiry notifications can contain an inquiry reference and links to protected administrative views. Inspiration photographs are not attached to these notification emails. An administrative link does not itself grant access to the private photographs; the applicable access controls remain necessary. Email correspondence and any images you independently send by email are handled through the business email service, which is separate from the website upload store.

6. Hosting, email, and other service providers

The website uses GoDaddy hosting. Its existing hosting mail service sends website inquiry notifications, and the business receives inquiries at its Gmail address, orlandoelitedecor@gmail.com. Hosting, mail transport, and Gmail therefore process the information needed to host the website, transmit notifications, and receive or store business correspondence. Authorized providers may also process relevant operational information when supporting security or maintenance. Orlando Elite Decor does not sell customer data or share it for third parties’ independent advertising. Necessary sharing with providers is permitted for website operation, inquiry processing and fulfillment.

The Google services used for address lookup, abuse prevention, and optional analytics are described below. Their independent processing is subject to their own terms and privacy information. This notice does not promise that all information remains in a particular geographic location or that a provider applies the same retention practices to every provider-managed record.

7. Google Maps, Places, and Routes

When you enter or select a venue address in the address-lookup features, the address search and related technical information are sent to Google services to provide suggestions, identify the selected venue, and calculate driving distance. The website uses the selected address and route results for preliminary delivery and minimum-order calculations. Enter only the location information necessary for your event.

Address lookup is separate from optional website analytics. Rejecting optional analytics does not disable an address lookup that you request. Google describes its processing in the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms.

8. Google reCAPTCHA and abuse prevention

The quotation form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. This service can process device, browser, network, and interaction information as part of its security checks. The Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service apply to this service. reCAPTCHA is separate from optional analytics. Rejecting optional analytics does not remove necessary form-security checks.

9. Optional Google Analytics and your choices

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how visitors use the website. The website loads the optional Google Analytics tag only after you affirmatively choose to allow analytics. Browser privacy tools or network restrictions may prevent analytics from loading or transmitting events. You can accept optional analytics, reject it, or customize your selection. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent browsing, building an estimate, or requesting a quotation.

You can reopen Cookie Settings to review or change your choice. Withdrawing analytics consent disables optional analytics for subsequent activity. Withdrawal does not undo information already transmitted before you changed your choice. The website stores your preference in your browser; clearing browser storage or using another browser or device can require a new choice. The current preference interface treats a saved choice as valid for up to 180 days before asking again.

Analytics can involve online identifiers and information about visited pages, device or browser characteristics, and interactions. Google explains its processing in its privacy information. Cookie choices for this website do not control independent websites reached through external links, such as Google or social-media pages.

10. Retention and deletion

We retain inquiry information, event details and inspiration photographs for as long as reasonably needed to answer requests, prepare estimates, plan or provide services, maintain relevant business records, meet applicable legal obligations, or handle disputes and other ongoing matters. The appropriate period depends on the type of information, its purpose and any applicable retention requirement or legal hold. Inspiration photographs are private planning references and are not retained for unauthorized marketing use.

Inquiry records, private uploads, signed rental agreements, signatures, accounting records, email correspondence and backups are separate stores. A deletion request must be assessed across the relevant stores and in light of any obligation to retain information. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion deadline for inquiries or photographs. No automatic deletion schedule is represented as active by this notice.

Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle replaces them, and selective immediate deletion from every backup may not be possible. Deleting information from an active system does not mean that every backup or provider-managed copy has already disappeared. We will consider applicable limitations when handling your request; this notice does not promise an unverified backup expiry date.

11. Privacy requests and choices

You may contact us to ask about information associated with your inquiry, request correction, or request deletion. Additional rights, including rights to access information or restrict or object to certain processing, depend on the law applicable to your circumstances. This notice does not assert that every jurisdiction's rights apply to every visitor.

Please email orlandoelitedecor@gmail.com with enough information to locate the relevant inquiry, such as the email address used and an inquiry reference if available. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents in the initial request. We may need reasonable information to verify that a request concerns your information. We will consider the request and explain applicable limitations, including information that must be retained. Requests about a provider's independent processing may also need to be directed to that provider.

12. Security, external links, and notice updates

We use administrative access restrictions, private upload storage, form validation, and security controls appropriate to the website's functions. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
