Build Your Estimate

Customer self-pickup is not offered. A preliminary estimate is not a reservation or a signed rental agreement. Product availability, event arrangements and the final quote must be confirmed by Orlando Elite Decor.

The preliminary minimum rental order starts at $450 within 10 one-way driving miles and increases by $100 for every additional 10-mile range. Delivery and pickup are calculated once per event and address: max(0, one-way driving miles × 4 − 40) × $1.25. The final route and minimum require verification. Additional trips or multiple addresses require confirmation.

Eligible decor rentals, plywood and adjustable hard platforms, Vinyl installation and separately charged platform installation count toward the minimum. Vinyl material/printing, removal and delivery do not. Volume discounts apply only to eligible decor rentals; Vinyl, platforms, installation, removal and delivery are excluded from discount amounts and thresholds.

Waiting, relocation, setup changes, extra labor, additional trips and venue-related services or charges must be discussed and agreed individually. Clients, guests and venue staff may not move or alter installed decorations without authorization.

Reasonable documented repair, replacement and extra cleaning charges may apply for lost items, damage, unauthorized alterations, excessive dirt, candle wax, stains or adhesive residue where the client is legally responsible. Normal wear and tear is excluded; additional charges will be communicated. No fixed penalties are established here.
