An inquiry or estimate does not reserve a date. A confirmed booking requires the separately provided signed agreement and required payment. The deposit is 50% of the confirmed order total; the balance is due no later than one day before the event.

Cancellation 45 days or more before the event, including exactly 45 days, is eligible for a refund of 50% of the deposit paid. Cancellation less than 45 days before the event, or cancellation of a booking made less than 45 days before the event, does not qualify for a deposit refund.

For a $1,000 order and $500 deposit, the eligible early-cancellation refund is $250, subject to the custom Vinyl production-cost exception.

The standard rental period is one hour, beginning immediately after setup is completed. This rule does not automatically apply to Wedding Decor or Vinyl Dance Floor.

Orlando Elite Decor may refuse installation, stop work or remove unsafe decorations when rain, strong winds, thunderstorms or other dangerous weather create a safety risk. No refunds are issued when weather prevents safe installation on the scheduled event date, subject to applicable law.

An indoor or covered move is considered individually only where a suitable alternative has been arranged with the venue in advance, Orlando Elite Decor approves it, and safety, access, availability and installation time permit. Relocation, complimentary changes and postponement are not guaranteed.

Force-majeure-related postponement may be considered without an additional postponement fee, for up to six months, by mutual agreement and subject to availability. Additional expenses require individual agreement. If postponement is impossible, possible refunds are considered individually based on completed work and documented expenses. Produced custom Vinyl remains subject to its production-cost policy. This is separate from cancellation and scheduled-date unsafe weather; no automatic rescheduling or refund is promised.
